My dream starts at the beginning of another normal day as a recruitment consultant. I had battled in the traffic to work - I am sure there are far more people driving on the roads than when I started my career as a recruitment consultant 2 years ago. my Blackberry beeps even when I am not in the office and there are a whole host of emails that really have nothing to do with making a placement but that I have to do for my company.
