The main purpose of the FM Technical Writer role is to assist in the production of submissions presented clients to reflect and promote the vision, image and aim of the company. The FM Technical Writer will be responsible for creating technical FM marketing documents that are distributed to potential customers. The individual will also be responsible for editing and analysing all Knowledge Management content, identifying trends, and evaluating legacy support documentation.
