At Manor Court, we provide residential care for 37 older people (male and female) who have physical disabilities, moderate dementia and some mental health needs. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support. * You will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing the Care Assistants within the Home. * You should be passionate about the lives of older people and act as a role model to your team in your professional conduct. * You will be experienced in care and be in possession of your NVQ2 or equivalent and have a willingness to work towards NVQ3.
