An opportunity to support patient choice in Hertfordshire. The Clinical Assessment and Choice Services are central to referral management supporting the DoH choice agenda as well as the Choose and Book referral system. This role will support patient choice managing GP patients’ referrals through the pathway to either primary or secondary care services. A key role will be to develop and maintain robust processes to support patients with free choice.
