Previous care work experience is preferred but as important is a desire to work with elderly and disabled patients, to provide a high standard of rehabilitation care to assist them regain optimum independence and quality of life. For posts based within the North Kent area of West Kent (Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas) these are inclusive of a 5% high cost area allowance.
