Working with a team of IFA's, you will be responsible for the servicing of the existing corporate schemes, including providing technical advice regarding the employee benefits package and managing the current annual service revenue of £1,000,000. Managing a team of 4 individuals, you will be required to motivate them to meet targets each month and process all new business work for the IFA's. You will also manage individual goal setting for the team and keep up to date records for salary and bonus reviews. Additionally you will proactively contact existing clients on a monthly basis to discuss and resolve client issues, servicing queries and updating employee details. Previous experience...
