2nd line support analyst is need to cover a client site in Central London on a permanent basis. The role is to provide 2nd line technical support - including dekstop (hardware and software) support. Must have supported networked Windows environment, Exchange email support and incident call logging software / remote support to users and ideally have one of MCP's. Skilled in freedom alcatel telephony products is highly advantageous. Hours are Monday-Friday - 8am-6pm - salary is c£26,000 - send CV to robert.taylor@concept-it.com asap.
