Our client is a global manufacturer of equipment and is looking for a Product Support Engineer who is able to provide technical experience. You will also act as the interface between the factory and field. The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve problems in customer and internal situations channelling these through where necessary, to more experienced staff, including communicating outside the team. Plan and control personal work to ensure assignments are delivered to time and budget, and support the detailed planning of activities as required.
