This new concept to the group is to control a bar and grill restaurant offer open in the evenings Monday to Friday and all day Satruday and Sunday. The Junior Sous Chef will be required to prep, cook and serve meals for approx 250 covers per service. You will also be exprected to control your ordering and stocks and ensure that no products become unavailable during a busy service. The menu is all fresh and a la carte style service. The company is expending and the role would suit a CDP looking for their first role in junior management in an kitchen enviroment with excellent career growth. The hours are work are varied but mainly 2pm till close Monday to Friday...
