You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the discipline incorporating recruitment and selection, reward (incl. payroll), performance management, training and development and employee relations. Day to day responsibilities will include devising and reviewing HR policies and practices, recruitment, T’s & C’s, payroll, employment legislation, discipline and grievance, developing and implementing training plans, and providing professional advice to management.
