A new HR system is to be implemented in January, along with a system that will better manage the sickness and grievance procedures. This will be tailored for the company from the Sage HR program. The new system will speed up a lot of the work, but there will not be a lot of opportunity to train on this, so a capable and confident PC user is essential. Excellent Word and Excel are essential as production of monthly board meeting reports are a requirement of the role. This is currently a manual process that will be changing to a more automated system come January. The new HR system will be able to link in directly with Finance and this should speed up the process considerably... Apply for this job
