Description:
Applicants must have extensive administration experience. Duties include planning and preparation of daily activities, maintaining appointments, processing deposits and transactions, updating prospect and client data records, executes direct mail programs, assists with planning seminars, and makes follow up calls to set or confirm appointments. Other duties include scheduling meetings, sending messages to other branches and compiling reports and all other associated tasks as required. Successful applicants are required to provide a standard disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
