You will be required to support the team with providing excellent customer service to the clients whilst assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day smooth running of the centre. You will be an extension of the clients and support all their office needs; including answering calls, booking meetings, ordering office supplies, preparing rooms prior to client meetings and overall contribute to the upkeep of the centre to the standards required.
