Duties will be predominantly reactive maintenance, repair and fault finding in the University's Residences, Academic buildings and sports facilities. You should have served a recognised craft apprenticeship, with a relevant City & Guilds/NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent and have post training experience in plumbing or mechanical building services maintenance.
