You will be our Customers first point of contact regarding any aspect of their insurance product, dealing with a range of calls from customer registration through to insurance claims. We provide a wide range of niche market insurance solution to in excess of 6 million customers. Including mobile phone insurance, gadget insurance and identity theft cover to our customers. Our business partners include major high street banks, retailers and telecommunication companies. You will also enjoy being part of a team and be prepared to work on various shift patterns.
