A market leader, within the equipment hire environment, currently require an Credit Control supervisor to join their team. The role is a temporary assignment for 8 weeks to cover project work. The successful candidate will be expected to assist the credit control manager in the day to day running of the department, including chasing outstanding debt via telephone, letter and email, set, monitor and amend accounts, write off bad debt, pass overdue accounts for litigation and relevant paperwork, resolve complex payment issues, and report on the departmental performance for senior management.
