Our client is looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to work in their main reception area This role is primarily term-term only. Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors or callers to the establishment. Duties will include front line reception, answering telephone calls, secretarial support and general administration. Suitable candidates will have excellent communication skills, be competent users of MS Office, have good secretarial skills and be very well presented. Hours are 0800 - 1630 - Monday - Friday (approx 40 weeks per annum). Apply for this job
