Growing Accountancy Practice seek a skilled HR professional to join their organisation and implement and develop a range of strategic, personnel and training processes which will support the ethos and future of the company. To identify, develop and promote best practice in personnel, training and other staff related matters throughout the firm and to advise on HR issues to offices.
