In this full time Band 4 post you will be expected to provide support to the Clinical Governance Assistants, particularly in respect of clinical audit work and patient satisfaction surveys. Although primarily working with the Clinical Audit lead, it is anticipated that this post will provide a training opportunity in all aspects of Clinical Governance work, including the interpretation and maintenance of incident reporting and complaints data. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
