This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of OSR Recruitment Services who are operating as an employment agency. A broad understanding of IT disciplines or systems and processes is essential. You must have a proven track record of providing effective customer service. The ITIL Foundation qualification or an understanding of ITIL principles would be an advantage. The role of incident controller is to pro-actively monitor incidents in the IT support team's queues and ensure that progress towards a solution is maintained. This will include communicating and negotiating with a wide variety of teams who will perform the incident resolution.
