Reed Social Care are preferred suppliers for this nationwide client who supports both adults and children with a sensory impairment and learning disabilities. We are looking for residential support workers who are willing to carry out waking night shifts in a residential setting on an ad hoc basis. Working alongside children and supporting them to get washed and dressed each morning, monitoring health and safety throughout the night and providing support and guidance as and when required.
