Description:

A high level of skill is required to resolve users issues around System access and planning of appropriate training. The individual must have good communication skills, knowledge of databases and Microsoft applications along with good keyboard skills and attention to detail. A highly motivated person is required to join this small team who are responsible for providing an IT Service Desk function. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
