Description:
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to be based at our new Apex Waterloo Place Hotel situated in the heart of the capital. You will assist the Property Manager in maintaining the Hotel to an exceptional standard prior to and following the March opening. You may also be required to work in other company locations at times as required to meet business needs. You will be proactive with excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude. You will ideally have experience in a similar role with knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs.
