Beauty Trainer

Work in this field offers great scope to enjoy the satisfaction of helping others learn the art of beauty. Though much of the work involves instructing beauty and/or massage therapists, hair stylists or nail beauticians on the finer points of their fields, a person in this role will invariably have the chance to celebrate assisting others in looking their best
Roles are available in therapy centres, spas, salons and even large organisations, on whose behalf the job holder will travel the country to provide training services. Work can be found on both a salary and hourly-wage basis. In some roles, remuneration will depend largely on the ability of the employer to arrange appointments, so the ability to cultivate an expanding and dedicated base of clients will be a strong asset
Many beauty trainer positions will require the candidate to hold a full range of qualifications, such as NVQ 2 and 3, PTLLS or an ITEC diploma. Applicants will often be required to submit to a full CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) background check. Hourly paid positions can offer between £10 hourly and £25 per hour. Salaried roles will generally offer £15,000 to £25,000.
