scaffolder - london - 15-Sep-2018
Had a privilege to work for them for a month. When directing to different jobs get easily annoyed when you call them back and explain that the wrong address was given. They actually make it as it would be your own fault for sending you to the wrong place! Just a waste of time. In times it felt they were just pushing responsibilities to someone else in the office. Did not pay for the whole week! YES - THE WHOLE WEEK! They brought me to a point where I was actually considering to make some BAD things to a person I was thinking was playing with me. After deciding to quit with them and notifying 3 days in advance somehow they lost all the records and time sheets of my last weeks work. Kept pushing the problem on the company they send me to even after when scaffold foreman was clearly telling them on the phone that I was working the hours in question. Because scaffolders are a close knit community and often know someone who know someone if it has a bad name they can't find decent scaffs anymore so increased the rate to 23/h. You've been warned. Do not believe to any good reviews if any will follow after this - they are dodgy and might wright how brilliant Bluebaring is. So many decent firms to work. If you a new baked scaff - just ask around and find who knows them.
Pros: there are a few select that had no problems with them
Cons: don't pay
