Gray Healthcare are recruiting a new team member of mental health support workers within the Crewe area to support a gentleman in their 30's who has a diagnosis of Learning Disabilities, Autism and Epilepsy. He lives independently in his own home receiving 2:1 support 24 hours a day. The gentleman we will be supporting has a good sense of humour, enjoys going out in the car, and going bowling. He will be supported by a male only team on mixed shifts of days and waking nights.
