Customer service
I a people’s person and love solving problems and looking for alternative solutions. I have the feeling that I’d be very good as a customer service advisor. What drives me back is what I’ve heard about it taking its toll as often what you are facing is an angry customer, or at best a customer with problems. I think I can deal with it. Does anyone have any experience in the role?

I’ve been a customer care assistant and I’ve also been a sales account manager. Both positions have one thing in common. You’ve got to be able to deal with frustration, rejection and people’s anger (not so much in sales, but it can be there). You definitely have to be resilient.26-May-2017
