Receptionist
I'm aiming at working as a receptionist assistant in an optical practice. Do you think I need to have some sort of medical knowledge?

Not really, some knowledge of eye-wear, testing procedures, and billing would often definitely be a plus. but a neat and professional appearance along with good customer service skills will do if you have a high school diploma.24-Apr-2017

Well I guess that the idea is that you're resourceful and also that you can handle customer service relations well, that's really the main thing. You must be able to transmit a professional air and do your part of the job correctly. The medical side of things falls into somebody else's hands i guess. happy to hear I helped.24-Apr-2017
