it has been a great pleasure having had the opportunity to work and interact with autistic children, it has been the best learning environment for me. it has changed my reasoning, in that everyday is a new experience. After each day work, I pause and reflect on the best approach to assist these children as much as i can, by trying to explore several strategies.
the greatest challenges I have encountered in the job is that I realize that most schools I have worked have no clear and proper format for the day to day running of the business. Most often the staff are assigned to perform a daily task on a daily demand.
However, I fill happy and a sense of accomplishment because each time I reflect on the days job and realize that I have made someone happy.
