Your primary responsibility is rent / sell apartments in our Sundew Court our new build Retirement Community in Newport using ‘Prospect Centered Selling’. For the first 12 months the role is based in our Sales Cabin at the Mere Park Garden Centre Newport, before it moves into the community sales office. The role requires the applicant to generate leads and to engage with prospective residents (and their adult children) with empathy, understanding, and patience.
