Elementa is working with a special school providing specialist education for learners with an EHCP relating to SEMH, Trauma, ADHD, ASC and often other additional needs. Unsurprisingly students often display challenging behaviour. The organisation focus on a holistic and creative education approach either to reintegrate the students into mainstream schooling, or achieve their full potential whilst out of mainstream education at the school.
