We are currently looking for a teacher assistant to work a the board in an School based in Croydon. The right person will be working in our SEND school based in Croydon and will be supporting small classes of students at low ability who need academic as well as social development. There are 5-6 students in a class with one to two Teaching and Learning Support Assistants. Our young people have struggled in mainstream education and need a positive experience.
