Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader / Maintenance Team Leader (with an Electrical bias) to be a hands-on member of the engineering maintenance team, providing leadership and motivation. You will be responsible for identifying and prioritising pro-active and reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
This would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where Mechanical & Electrical Engineers are managed (e.g. Engineering Supervisor / Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Engineer...
