The main disadvantage of working part time in this field is not always being able to accommodate the schedules of buyers, sellers, and other customers
Weekend work is also common for agents choosing part time work, especially those who work at other jobs during the week. These part time employees may also need to share their commissions with other agents working full time, and may not earn as much as their full time counterparts, but can still rake in between £7,500 and £8,000 a year in commission.
