I'm thinking of doing a course of operation management to improve my skills in this area. Currently, my skills are: MRP,Economic order quantity (EOQ) and Bill of materials (BOM). I would do a technical course to improve them. I'm looking for a course with SAP but I don’t know if this system has future. What do you think?

Hi all, I work as a warehouse operative. My working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm. My responsibility is Picking, Packing orders and checking the quality of products. This Monday, my boss told me to change my schedule at night. For this reason I want to change the job. How can I introduce myself in a new company? They may think that I am not responsible because I want to leave my job. What do I do?

Work in this industry varies from basic operative work to roles that require the operation of machinery. Other positions seek experienced assistants, controllers or managers with car or commercial vehicle licences, fork lift licences, health and safety certification and/or first aid training. Work can often involve night shifts or long hours. The ideal candidate will typically have a full UK drivers licence without endorsement, a history of reliable employment in the field and their own set of safety boots, though not all positions will require all of these
Many of these roles are available on a temporary or short-term basis and remuneration is typically on an hourly-wage basis. A rate of £6.50 can typically be expected, though rates for some roles can range up to £8.00. Some permanent positions for assistants are available at a median salary of £17,000 and managers can earn £30,000.
