The average working week includes normal shop opening hours and weekend work, with days off through the week
A beauty consultant can benefit from taking courses NVQ level 2 in makeup or other relevant courses. Most trainees take an apprenticeship that leads to an NVQ. The median salary for this role is currently around £13,000.
