Cafe
I'm interested in working in a cafe while studying, to get myself a bit of money to get by. My family and friends are trying to convince me to let it go, to try something else. They say it's very tiring and the hours long. Does any of you have experience and would be willing to advise? Thanks in advance!

I've worked in a cafe and the truth is that it's very tiring but I find contact with the public very rewarding. You're on your feet all the time and you have to be friendly and in good form no matter what. I love it because I like dealing with people and getting to know them. If you're people friendly and you have energy you'll enjoy it a lot.
- It probably depends on the person, but my experience wasn't good. I was working in a cafe for 2 months and I hated it. People can be very rude, and very unforgiving when you make a mistake. Not my scene.
- And it's also very tiring, my legs ached all the time I worked there!
