Question

Surfing UK I’m from California and plan to do Europe for the second half of 2017, but would like to make a first pit stop in the UK (a long one, 6 months) to adjust a bit and get a bit of cash. I hear that Canvey Island may be a good place for surfing? I can definitely work as a surfing instructor ;-)

If not the best, Canvey island is among the best surfing beaches in the UK. Other great spots in the UK are Blundellsands Beach - Bootle, Sefton, Moggs Eye (Huttoft Beach), Beach - Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire or Berrow - South Beach - Burnham on Sea, Somerset. Surf on man!
