I have a driving license for car. I want a job for van driver. Do I need an specific driver license necessary to drive a van?

I would like start to work van or truck driver. I have a different question for this sector. What is the maximum permitted driving hours? The Company respects this timetable?

Van Drivers are required to transport different types of products, including computers, furniture, domestic appliances, documents, parcels, food, etc. They can also transport money using special vans for that purpose. This job require different types of driving licences depending on van size, for instance, vehicles between 3.5 and 7.5 tonnes requires a driver with a C1 licence.

A Van Driver usually performs many of the following tasks:
• Planning routes.
• Checking vehicle parts.
• Loading goods to the van.
• Keeping records of deliveries.
• Obtaining signed receipts from goods´ delivery.
