HR Managers have a range of responsibilities that require knowing about employment law, recruitment, training, development, salaries, employee welfare and documentation. They perform employee assessment for existing employees and interview and hire new staff. These managers may be in charge of large or small departments coaching junior staff and delegating responsibilities.
Human Resource Managers also mediate in company conflicts or interpersonal issues. They may design and implement training initiatives to improve the skills of workers.
