Practice Managers are required to train, recruit and supervise new secretaries and receptionists. They also may administer records and accounts, develop new company strategies, keep inventories of equipment, work with other department managers, among many other duties. Practice Managers coordinate and organize business meetings to improve company’s returns and delegate duties to other staffs.

Every institution has different requirements, but generally are five GCSE’s (A
