I'm a butcher with plenty of experience in a small butcher's in my home city. I'm soon to move to Dundee, but have no specific dates. My doubt is should I wait until after Christmas? Sometimes you hear that hiring processes go though a stand-still phase around holiday times. On the other hand I also have the feeling that, of all times, Christmas might be an excellent time to start as business traditionally goes up. Has anybody had this experience?
