Question

Full time I've been working part time in the kitchens of an important restaurant for 18 months now. I'm happy with the job and all, but recently they've put it to me that they can give me a full time position. trouble is that the pay doesn't go up in the same proportion as the number of hours. Can somebody advise as to whether this is normal? I'd love to stay but donnot want to be taken advantage of...
