Marketing wages
I've been applying to several jobs and I've had two interviews. One of them is offering 30k as it's an entry level position and fair enough, I have no experience, but the other one, which is the one I feel I have better chances to get, also an entry level position, offers 24k to start with and a wage revision after six months based on performance and suitability within the team. I have the feeling that the offer is quite low, but of course I cant be too sure as I have no experience myself. Could somebody give me some insight, please?

Such a difficult question as sometimes all these things are decided based on the profile of the candidate, the company and the location. Sometimes offers indicate a salary band and the final offer is decided on a case-by-case basis. if you'd like and idea of the standard starter wage, I'd say it's in the region of 29k and the average wage in the region of 33k, but it's all relative. Sorry i cannot help with a more specific answer, but it's just not black-and-white. I just looked around the jobisjob web page and there's a section called trends where you can get and overall idea.
