e-learning trainer in Learning and Development
Having been an e-learning trainer for 10 years in Education and the workplace helping organisations use e-learning to support their learners, Ive now found most companies want to combine this role with expertise in course authoring, using Articulate and other content platforms to create interactive elearning courses, a role traditionally carried out by graphic designers or web-designers. I feel these are two distinct skill-sets and I have been rejected for jobs for not having enough creative experience. Any thoughts?
