Coming from a regional sales manager background and having a proven history, the national sales manager will be well experienced in negotiating contracts, maximising business potential, performing weekly and quarterly analysis, maintain records and recruiting staff. The candidate will also be proficient in developing business relationships, and should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being able to mentor regional sales managers.
The national sales manager will ideally have a variety of qualifications from a HNC/HND, to a Bachelors and Masters degree in finance, management, communication, business and/or marketing. The candidate will possess the following qualities: good leadership skills, planning, presentation, motivation, energy, positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships and develop accounts. They will have very good computing skills and an analytical mind.
The annual salary for a new manager is £37,097, rising to £63,788 depending on experience, profit sharing, bonuses and commissions.
