Which hospital in London has the best conditions for nurses?

I don't know maybe some of you can find it offensive but I have to declare, I can not keep working in nursing any more. It is not the thing I used to think and I find it very depressing and tough. I can not find energy for helping people because this work eats it all. Maybe you can advise me something... Thank you
