Good People,very very poor management

Control Room & most security related items are in a poor state. CCTV very antiquated & relationships with most of the tenants are poor at best. Other sites might be better but the Corby Willow place site is appalling.
Pros: Paid Breaks, good retail enviroment
Cons: Poor Pay, Facilities Manager out of his depth & the team are suffering as a consequence
