Not a bad company but don't rely on the hours.

Good company training good but don't rely too much on the hours. You don't know what your working day is or the hours you get. You usually hours are maybe 2 or 3 half hour calls in the morning another 2 half hour calls lunch and again 2 half hour calls for tea. You are not able to plan your day as you don't know what you are working till the day before. Hardest part of the job is making ends meet at the end of the month.
Pros: Good training
Cons: advertising for staff but not enough hours to go around.
