We are seeking to appoint an experienced Advocacy Team Leader to oversee Speak Out’s 1-1 advocacy service. The post holder will:
* Deliver an advocacy case load, including community and statutory advocacy cases (Care Act and RPPR) and advocacy for parents with learning disabilities going through child protection proceedings.
* Supervise a small team (currently 3 part-time advocates) providing a range of 1-1 community and statutory advocacy, including Speak Out’s drop-in advocacy service and transitions advocacy project for young people with learning disabilities. […]
